TPS stands behind every training and service we offer to the global industry community. We want our students to have complete confidence in the quality and value of the training they receive from us. When you complete a TPS certification course, we guarantee you will pass the associated exam, or get free resources and ongoing support from TPS experts until you do.

Students who do not pass on their first attempt will receive additional training and support from TPS in the form of one or more of the following: (1) Access to training materials or study materials for up to one year. (2) Complimentary pass to a live in- person TPS training course of the same or similar value. (3) A live tutoring webcast with Dr. Nathan Wright, who will provide additional training support and/or resources.

Note: To be eligible for additional training and support, students must hold any necessary pre-requisite certifications, complete the entire TPS Certification Training Course, and request additional support and resources within six months of completing TPS training.


Registrations canceled more than 30 days prior to the start of the course will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the start of the course are subject to a $75 service charge. Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the start of the course are not eligible for refunds.


If you are unable to attend a course your registered for, you may send a colleague in your place. Requests for substitution must be received in writing 14 days before the course start date.
