AMELIA, OHIO – Transformational Performance Solutions (TPS), under the leadership of Dr. Nathan Wright, a decorated naval veteran and a renowned expert in transformational leadership, maintenance, and reliability, has achieved a significant milestone by securing a landmark five-year contract with the United States government.

The contract comes with the option for three additional five-year extensions, totaling a remarkable 20-year commitment. TPS, a certified Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business, has undergone a rigorous vetting process by the government, meeting extensive regulations and procedures to secure this prestigious contract.

Dr. Wright, the founder and president of TPS, expressed his gratitude and surprise at the length of the contract, stating, “I expected at best one year with maybe a possible one-year extension, but 20 years is beyond my wildest dreams.”


The government contract encompasses all services offered by TPS, including leadership development and the proprietary Wright Leadership® Program, as well as specialized services such as lubrication programs, maintenance strategy consulting, proactive maintenance, and materials management.

In tandem with government contract achievement, Dr. Wright is set to release his latest book, “The Wright Leader, Not Just Any Leader,” May 2024. It will be his fourth published book and will be available on Amazon.
