Your team is watching what you do regardless of what you say. You must set an example if you want them to enlist and follow you. You will learn how to educate your team by example. Every great leader is also a great teacher. Learn to see the teaching opportunities and how to capitalize on them. Finally, there is no one-size-fits-all approach. Ownership is not learned in a class; it is lived and developed in the field.

Participants will learn to change their destiny by altering their thoughts, shifting from victim thinking to ownership, using specific tools to rescript mental habits and demonstrating confidence and creative problem-solving when facing adversity and setbacks.
